***********

The Hematopoiesis and Oncogenesis Club, a non-profit association (law 1901), emanates from the French Society of Hematology. Its annual congress is an important meeting for the French scientific community working in Oncology and Hematology. It brings together national and international speakers. In addition, the CHO selects on criteria of scientific quality students and young researchers (non-statutory) to subsidize their stay and allow them to exhibit their results during brief oral communications. The annual congress is also a place for dynamic interactions between researchers involved in these fields. It is a major congress for doctoral and post-doctoral students who can establish a network of knowledge and relationships in and around their field of activity.

This year, a remarkable panel of invited speakers has once again gathered.

Plenary lectures will be accompanied by selected oral communications. The abstracts submitted can relate to any subject dealing with hematology and / or oncogenesis and are limited to 2500 characters (spaces included). The language of the summary is either French or English. Abstracts will be selected either for oral communication or for a poster. The submission of an abstract requires registration for the conference. Certain selected abstracts will be subsidized if presented by a student or a post-doctoral fellow. Reimbursement will be made by check payable to the unit. PLEASE NOTE: the subsidy relates only to conference registration fees (accommodation + catering). Transport costs are NOT covered. The results of the selection of abstracts (subsidized or not; oral or poster) will be communicated by email in mid-September.

Preferential rates will be granted for registrations made until July 22, 2019. The registration fees are 280 euros for students, ITA, post-doctoral students and members of the board and 550 euros for holders (respectively 350 and 700 euros from July 23, 2019). They include participation in the congress, catering and accommodation.

It is necessary to register on the site before submitting your abstract. Registrations and the deposit of selectable summaries for oral communication remain open until September 6, 2019. It will still be possible to register after September 6, but without the possibility of submitting a summary for oral communication.

All payments must be received before October 1, 2019, otherwise registration will be canceled.

Participation limited to 120 people.
