Le Club Hématopoïèse et Oncogenèse (CHO) est un groupe de travail collaboratif affilié à la Société Française d’Hématologie (SFH). Créé en 1994, Il réunit des chercheurs et des cliniciens partageant un intérêt commun pour l’hématopoïèse et l’oncogenèse. Les axes scientifiques du CHO couvrent le développement hématopoïétique normal et pathologique, les mécanismes de la tumorigenèse, incluant les leucémies et les tumeurs solides, ainsi que la biologie des cellules souches.
Depuis plus de 30 ans, son congrès annuel est devenu un rendez-vous reconnu, où se rencontrent chercheurs et cliniciens français et internationaux de premier plan.
A few words about us...
The Club Hématopoïèse et Oncogenèse (CHO) is a collaborative working group affiliated with the French Society of Hematology (SFH). It brings together researchers and clinicians with a shared interest in hematopoiesis and oncogenesis. The CHO scientific focus encompasses normal and pathological hematopoietic development, mechanisms of tumorigenesis—including leukemias and solid tumors—and the biology of stem cells.
As a key platform for advancing research in this domain, the CHO unites scientific actors from across France and internationally. Since its inception, the CHO has played a central role in fostering scientific exchange and collaboration.
Established in 1994*, the CHO organizes its annual meeting each autumn. These meetings feature invited keynote speakers, peer-reviewed oral presentations, and poster sessions, serving as a significant forum for the dissemination of advances in research on hematopoiesis and oncogenesis.
